How to Contact Us

Hi, it's Katie! Thank you so much for shopping at Joyful Party Favors. We're here to help you with all your questions and concerns. Because our site is partnered by Kate Aspen, Weddingstar and myself, we have three ways you can contact us depending on the product you've purchased or the questions you need answered. Please carefully read the return policies for each product, as there are different rules to follow to get your return approved properly.

Kate Aspen Products:

TO PLACE AN ORDER

Kate Aspen products can be purchased online or by phone. To place a phone order call 866-315-8110 and reference store code #3429, 8am to 8pm EST Mon-Fri.

ORDER INFO

Most orders ship within 3 business days from when your order was placed. Product descriptions may provide an estimated ship time. Personalized products may require up to 7 days for processing.

We use UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States. We've found that UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers.

We use the United States Postal Service to ship packages to APO and FPO addresses.

All orders delivered to Canadian addresses are shipped once weekly. We've found the most cost-effective way to ship to our Canadian customers is to consolidate shipments and minimize both import duties and taxes. Consolidation adds up to 5 additional days for shipping but results in a flat $16.95US additional charge for duties and taxes.

For all Canada shipments, any shipping charge under $50.00US (excluding $16.95US for duties and taxes) will be charged at the time of shipment. If the shipping charge exceeds $50.00US, you will be notified by email with the shipping quote. We ask that you review the quote and specifically approve the costs prior to processing for shipment.

At this time, we only ship within the United States and to Canada.

SECURITY

We take your online security very seriously. That is why we make sure that all sensitive information, including credit card information during a purchase, is sent over an encrypted SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) connection, the standard for the e-commerce industry. Just look for the padlock icon in your browser as you make your purchase.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Georgia and the state of New York.

RUSH ORDERS

If you would like to request a rush order for any items, please call us during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8am to 8pm EST) at 1-866-315-8110 or send us an email. We can ship 2nd day air or overnight in most cases and to most destinations for an additional charge. It will be our pleasure to accommodate you whenever possible.

GUARANTEE/RETURNS

We pride ourselves in carrying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return almost anything except personalized or edible items for any reason or no reason. We want you to be happy with the wedding favors for your most special day!

RETURNS

Please send an email to returns@kateaspenshops.com or call us at 1-866-315-8110 within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.

NO MINIMUM ORDER REQUIRED

We have no minimum order requirement for most of our favors. Feel free to order a sample-and don't forget to ask us for ideas. We can help you select the perfect favor!

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

TO PLACE AN ORDER

Weddingstar orders are placed directly online; no orders are taken over the phone.

SAFETY, SECURITY AND PRIVACY

Your need for privacy is a priority. Because of this, we have taken the appropriate measures to secure all confidential information provided when making purchases. SSL (Secure Socket Layers) is used to safeguard against hacker intrusion. Any information provided for the purpose of processing an online order remains private and will never be sold to outside parties. Your personal information will remain the exclusive property of JOYFUL PARTY FAVORS and our cooperating manufacturer, Weddingstar Inc..

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Tracking page by clicking on any Weddingstar Product and locating the order tracking link in the top navigation bar. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information on your order.

  1. Enter your 16 character Transaction Number. This number is included in your Order Email Confirmation or your printed Order Confirmation Page. Look for the line reading "Your transaction # is ..."
  2. Click "Submit."

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we will ship anywhere worldwide. To view our international shipping rates click on any Weddingstar Product and go to the Customer Service tab and click on FAQ's. Each country handles imported goods differently. You will be responsible for any custom or duty charges that may be applicable.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED FROM?

Depending on product availability, orders will be sent directly from the manufacturer, Weddingstar Inc..

CAN I SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?

Express orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box address. All regular ground orders can be sent to a P.O. Box address. Orders being delivered to a P.O. Box can take an additional 2-3 business days to arrive.

WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We are happy to accept MasterCard and Visa. All Credit Card information is processed through our secure server.

WHAT OTHER PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We do not accept any other payment methods.

WILL TAX BE CHARGED ON MY ORDER?

No Taxes will be added.

RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt of the item for a refund*. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.

*IMPORTANT

No returns on opened products, food/candy items or colored decorations such as streamers, candles, etc. Items personalized as per order cannot be returned. Candles shipped by ground during the summer months cannot be returned.

NOTE: Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall effect of your color scheme. Products seen on the online catalog do not always represent an identical color match. Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor.
